How is your weekend treating you. I have been on vacation and taking some me time.  I work pretty hard all week and every once in a while I just like to meld into my furniture and not do a thing. Self-hypnosis is the process of giving your own unconscious mind suggestions with the aim of altering your beliefs, your feelings or even your performance.
