Tips For Change IMC with JMT

Hi Everyone,

I just finished a great weekend with the John Maxwell Team. Normally our IMC is held 3 times a year down in Florida. This year with Covid we held it online on a new platform called Hopin. This is the second time I have been on the platform. Lets talk a little about that.

Typically we have been outgrowing our accommodations in Florida. We are a big group. Zoom would not be a viable option as we have several breakout sessions and needs for networking and an exhibit hall. The platform functioned great for that. There were some freeze ups however the platform seemed to adjust video stream performance with latency. Was great to see them handle us. Now for the conference it self

We had Bishop TD Jakes speak into us on the first day. What a great speaker and teacher he taught us to shift and to be able to shift in this time of uncertainty. The second day we had Miles McPhearson what a interesting and talented speaker. Talking into us about the third option.

Lastly the whole John Maxwell Team always does an outstanding job and I am glad to be a member on the team.
