A New Begining
I am in a whole new time of my life. My daughter now has her license. That is such a big change and chance of freedom. I am venturing away

I have moved over to managing a PC and still have plenty of time for coaching and Personal Mastery training. As I work to bring Trikira to life. I am revitalizing and restoring my focus on my life. If you are struggling in your relationship I want to talk with you and help you find peace and harmony.
I focus on a daily prayer from Ho’oponopono. Please forgive me, I am sorry, I love you and thank you. Today I have added to that study. the 5 rememberances from Budhism – The Five Remembrances (Upajjhatthana Sutta) are daily Buddhist contemplations designed to foster awareness of impermanence, reduce clinging, and encourage ethical living. They focus on acknowledging aging, illness, death, separation from loved ones, and ownership of karma.

The Five Remembrances:
- Aging: I am of the nature to grow old; I cannot escape aging.
- Illness: I am of the nature to have ill health; I cannot escape illness.
- Death: I am of the nature to die; I cannot escape death.
- Separation: All that is dear to me and everyone I love are of the nature to change; I cannot escape being separated from them.
- Karma: My actions are my only true belongings; I cannot escape the consequences of my actions. My actions are the ground upon which I stand.
These reflections help practitioners accept the reality of life and focus on the present moment, rather than living in fear of change.
I look forward to sharing more as the days go. Getting back to it. Please like, share and follow if this interests you.
