What’s happening friends? Are we ready for another week? Here we are again another Sunday. Well I am ready for another week. Let’s get to this weeks post.

Last week we left off on the Sacral Chakra SVADHISHTHANA. This week we will look at the Solar Plexus Chakra. The MANIPURA.

Name = Solar Plexus or Manipura

Location = Navel Center

Color = Yellow

Life principle = Identity, Personal Power

Organ = Digestive, Adrenal Gland

Correct Balance = Strength, Courage, Willpower, Self-Esteem

Excessive = Controlling, Competitive, Power-hungry

Depleted = Powerlessness, Poor Digestion, Chronic Fatigue

Now last week we started to work on our meditation. Let’s stay with that activity and focus on the Manipura this week.
