Sahasrara or Crown Chakra

Location: Top of the head

Color: Clear or Purple

Life Principle: Enlightenment, Understanding

Organ: Pineal Gland

Correct Balance: Peace, Wisdom

Excessive: Day Dreaming, Feeling superior to others

Depleted: Skepticism, Difficulty Thinking

I had the pleasure to watch my daughter and her team at another basketball event. They are really coming together as a team. The rest of the weekend was filled with laughs and a movie. The last Jedi and for those that have not seen it no spoilers here. Well worth watching though.
