Hi all,

I am in an 8 week energy healing program. I am back on a fitness kick. I need to get to 200 lbs. From above 250. I have a lot of programs to share. Lets talk soon maybe we are on similar paths. For now lets get to those tips for change!

What is Money Mindset?

Money mindset is something which is unique to each person – it concerns the way you view money and how this affects your life. While many people have similar money mindsets, very rare do two people experience exactly the same type of money mindset. If you’re curious to know more about your money mindset and the factors which influence our outlook, here are a few basics you should know.

Your expenditure
The amount of money that you spend says a lot about your money mindset. Some people spend lots of money, while others spend hardly any. It’s important to look at what you’re spending your money on, rather than just how much you’re spending each month. This will help you to figure out what your money mindset is – some people spend a lot of money because they need to, while others spend more money because they want to.

Your savings
Saving money is something which most people want to do, and which provides quite a lot of financial security. Having savings in the bank is recommended by all financial experts, along with getting rid of any debts. The way you view savings will say a lot about your money mindset. If you are concerned about saving money and would rather save money than spend it, you have a more conservative money mindset. People who spend money more easily and readily than they save it have a much more liberal mindset when it comes to money.

Your debts
When considering your debts, think about how much debt you have, how many different debts you have, what you debts are for and whether you are actively taking on any further debt. It’s not a good idea to have much debt, but some debts e.g. mortgages, are safer than others e.g. payday loans. Whether or not you are borrowing more money on a long-term and regular basis will decide further what your money mindset is.

Your money mindset
Your money mindset isn’t something that you can get rid of and get back when you want – it’s always there and so you should use this to help yourself get into the best, healthiest financial position you can. Your money mindset can change over time – you may have seen this in yourself already, such as becoming less reckless as you got older, or finding it easier to manage your money from month to month.
